I run a number of Fly.io Postgres clusters, and I would love nothing more than to have them auto-tuned/monitored/etc by your (amazing!) service. By that, I mean some simple method to add OtterTune to a cluster () and then grant it permission to change my cluster's config, scale it up or down CPU or memory, etc.
